Process by which you can send your files
to us...
|
|
You can record your dictation using the digital
voice recorder (DVR), which are available from different venders,
and store your files on your local computer.
|
|
|
If you have internet connection on your computer,
you can directly upload your files on our FTP Server for which you
shall be provided a unique Username and Password. You may also send
your digital voice files through your Email.

|
After transcribing these files we'll upload work
product back to the same location (FTP) from where you can download
transcribed files.
|
|
|
To access our FTP, you have to type the FTP address
on your Internet Explorer like any other website address. After that
you will be prompted for Username and Password, which we shall
provide you in due course of time. After typing Username and
Password, you will get access to our FTP.
|
|
|
For uploading the files you have to select the files
which you want to upload and copy it in the same manner you copy any
other file. Now go to the FTP browser and right click your mouse
button and choose option paste from it. The mission is accomplished
the file will get uploaded in a moment of time to our server.

For downloading the transcribed files you need to
copy the files from the same location on our FTP and paste it on
your local computer directory.

Terms and Conditions

We need to know the average number of
lines per-day
that will enable us to get the required resources for the same.

Our charges
are on per-line basis, according to voice quality of dictation. |

Accounts will be computed
two times every month and invoice will be e-mailed to you on the first
day and fifteenth day of every month. You need to send the payment within 7 days of
receipt of the Invoice. |

We accept all
payment through check. All check and bank transfers are payable
to 'Indus Valley Inc.'
